CREATE A CLUB

Imagine the thrill of creating your very own club at Freeland Hall, just like the pioneers at the Freeland Hall Music Club did. The possibilities are endless, and your passion could be the spark that lights up our historic venue.

The beauty of this endeavor lies in its inclusivity—any interest, hobby, or passion can find a home here. Whether you're into knitting, sewing, or Pokemon card training, your unique enthusiasm can be the foundation of a vibrant community club.

Starting a club at Freeland Hall offers a multitude of benefits. First and foremost, it allows you to share your passion with others who share your interests, creating connections and friendships that can last a lifetime.

Moreover, it brings a sense of purpose and fulfillment, knowing that you're contributing to the vibrancy of our beloved community hall. Just like the Freeland Hall Music Club, you can be a trailblazer and pioneer, making your mark on the hall's rich history.

The process is straightforward. Gather like-minded individuals who share your passion and decide on the purpose and goals of your club. It could be anything—from craft-making to book discussions, from gardening to yoga, the possibilities are limitless. Once you've formed your club, you'll find unwavering support from the Freeland Hall community. We offer a platform to showcase your club's activities, organize events, and connect with others who want to join in the fun.

So, why wait? Be inspired by the Freeland Hall Music Club's journey and bring your unique joy to the hall. Start your club today, and together, we'll create a vibrant and inclusive community at Freeland Hall that celebrates every interest, hobby, and passion under the sun. Join us in making history and building a legacy of shared experiences and camaraderie.

No one person signup is a club.
A club must have 4 primary active due paying members to create a club charter:
  • a president
  • a vice president
  • a treasurer
  • a secretary

Club Must commit to 2 fundraisers annually with 50% of proceeds to benefit the hall.

Club will be responsible for marketing and curating said event as well as cleanup strike and setup of said event with ZERO rental cost.

HHAC Will provide digital marketing & fundraising tools for your hall fundraiser event.

Should your events require tickets HHAC can provide a Digital Box Office and Ticketing system for your events.

Each creation of a sub club requires that the three join as members to establish a club.

After  the club purchases a BOARD MEMBERSHIP that club may book one slot a month for 4hours (weekends not included)

Clubs can utilize a calendar on the website to advertise their booked events and WP will assist in marketing of booked club events.

downstairs is offered for free once to clubs once a month. Upstairs is offered at $30 an hour to clubs once a month. The BBQ picnic area is offered at $150 for 6 hours to clubs once a month (weekends not included )

Should a club like to use the hall more than once a month they “must have” more than 20 paid members join their club. After 20 community members of said club join annually at $30 a year a club is able to book a second slot at $30 hr. (Both slots cannot be after 5pm one ending before 5 pm and the other can start after 5pm).

If a sub club would like to use the hall weekly for their club this requires a much larger commitment as a club and requires that the club host 2 annual 50% fundraisers for the hall in addition to having a membership of greater than 40 paid members annually. Fundraisers of clubs with more than 40 members can be considered for weekend (Friday Saturday or Sunday with Board Approval) use.
